1. General

By placing an order with Beezar: The Bizarre Bazar (“Beezar”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products sold by Beezar are designed and created by our independent illustration brand. We take great care to represent our products accurately through images and descriptions. However, please note:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and printing processes

• Sticker sizes are listed in product descriptions — please read carefully before purchasing

• All art prints, stickers, bookmarks, and postcards are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

3. Intellectual Property

All illustrations, designs, artwork, and content on this website and our products are the sole intellectual property of Beezar: The Bizarre Bazar. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our designs commercially without our explicit written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer.

All images displayed on this website, including product photographs, mockups, and illustration previews, are the exclusive property of Beezar: The Bizarre Bazar. These images may not be downloaded, screenshotted, copied, or used by any third party in any form — whether for personal, commercial, or promotional purposes — without our prior written consent.

4. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability

• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice

• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued

• Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and are estimated, not guaranteed

• Beezar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control

• Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer

• Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address

6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Claims must be submitted to our email with the following: your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a clear photo of the packaging

• Upon review and approval, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion

• Beezar reserves the right to assess each claim individually and make a final decision

The following are not considered grounds for a return:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

• Slight color variations due to screen or print differences

• Delayed delivery due to courier or customs

7. Personalized & Custom Products

• All personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged

• Please double check all spelling, details, and specifications before submitting a custom order as we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer

8. Digital Products

• All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded

• Digital files are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially

9. Limitation of Liability

Beezar: The Bizarre Bazar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during your purchase is used solely for order processing and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except where required to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping providers).

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases made through Beezar: The Bizarre Bazar shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
